[Pellet-users] Pellet Realizing then hangs

Hi everyone,
I'm new to pellet.  We are trying to use it with a Jena knowledge store.  When we are using pellet, it randomly says "Realizing xx%" and when it gets to 100% it just hangs for a very long time.  Is this supposed to happen?
