[Pellet-users] Probably bug

I have attached the problematic Ontology. 

If i realize the Ontology (with OWL-API and Pellet 2 RC3) i got from the Explanation the Information that an Individual violates a cardinality. (And the Ontology is consistent???)
I seems that a temporary assertion caused that (my suggestion).
If i realize it with Jena and Pellet 1.5.2 no Problem occured...

I used the UNA-Option to make alldifferent.
