[Pellet-users] How to work with multiple ontologies?

Hi,
 
I'm new to PELLET. Does anyone know how can I load multiple ontologies onto a single reasoner and allow user to switch among the different ontologies for reasoning? I would like to use the OWL API to interact with PELLET. Best if you can provide me with some code examples. Thanks alot.
