[Pellet-users] Pellet Storage?

Has anybody tried to build a RDF store for Pellet to query from? In traditional way, we can use triple-based RDF store, such as Sesame, Jena. Alternatively, since Semantic data are sparse, we can use c-column based stores, such as c-store, hbase etc. Is there anybody want to share experiences in Pellet storage? Which one do you prefer? Thanks.
