With the DL-Safe rules implementation, the number of individuals in the
ontology and the types / number of atoms in the rule bodies is as
important as the number of rules.

In order to help, we probably need to see the rules and know the number
of individuals.  If you can send the ontology along, that would be the
most helpful.
