You are correct.  I've added an issue ticket for this at [1].

For Pellet 1.5.2 the library versions are 

OWLAPI 2.1.0
Jena 2.5.4
JUnit 4.3.1
Jetty 5.1.5
ATerm 1.6
xsdlib 2.2 [2]
