Hello!

You have to run pellet-dig, it will start pellet server. It will be running
at localhost:8081, after you have to change the protege config.
It uses localhost:8080 as default port. You can change this accessing menu
OWL->preferences in protege.

To check the consistency you can access owl->check consistency.
