The ontology appears to have been created with the Protege 3.x SWRLTab.
That tool adds several imports that are specific to its internals and
are not standardized.  I mentioned this recently on the list (see
[1]).  

The line and column number in the parser stacktrace was likely a
reference to one of the imports, not your ontology.

Since you don't appear to need any of the imported ontologies (you
aren't event using any of the custom built-ins), I suggest removing all
owl:imports statements from the ontology and retrying.
