[Pellet-users] reason over two ontologies

Hello everybody,

I wonder whether I can use a SPARQL result (e.g. application
requirements) of one OWL-file to match (reason) against another OWL-file
which describes the available resources.
To make myself clear, I rather mean to reason over two ontologies in
order to check if the values of any particular instance (individual)
would match against the other ontologie (but no pattern matching) than
to compare its concepts.

Many thanks in advance
Best regards
  Jan
