I'm not sure what you mean by "didn't find it inside this package". The 
class PelletReasonerFactory is located in the package 
org.mindswap.pellet.jena.PelletReasonerFactory and if you have 
pellet.jar in your imports you should be able to use this class when you 
import the package in your code.

If there is a specific error message you are getting more details about 
it will help us understand what is going on.
