You guys should realize that we answer what questions we can, based on
details provided and our available free time. Given that we spend most
of our time developing Pellet, which is freely available, that doesn't
always leave enough time to do free user support as well.

Gee, Serge, it's not that we forget "this kind of question", it's that
we're busy doing other things, like developing Pellet in the first
place.
