What interface are you using to Pellet? If you are using TBC only, I
suggest trying Pellet from the command line or from Protege 4 and seeing
if the behavior changes. This is covered in the FAQ at [1].
If you are using another interface and can tell us which, we may be able
to tell you how to turn on relevant logging information.
You might try loading in OwlSight [2] and reporting back any success or
specific error messages.
As Kendall said, the quickest approach is generally to send the ontology
along (zipped if it is large), or provide a link to it.
