Are you sure this is not working?  I just clicked on the link above  
and OwlSight loaded the Koala ontology just fine.  Perhaps its a  
browser cache issue, maybe you can try holding shift when you hit  
enter/reload in the browser to force it to load the URL.  There are  
no errors in the logs to indicate any issues.
