Could u pls help me by making an example code?

For example, given this ontology
http://protege.stanford.edu/plugins/owl/owl-library/koala.owl

that has

Thing
|
   Habitat
   |
   |_ Forest
      |_ DryEucaliptForest
      |_ RainForest

How do i prepare the input "aterm.ATermList list" (how do i give
DryEucaliptForest and RainForest as input)?

I should have as output Forest - Habitat - Thing.
