Dear All,

I have (partly) solved this.

Two variants of the ontology, PT3 & PT4 (at 
http://acl.icnet.uk/~mw/PTx.owl respectively) take radically different 
times to classify - PT4 takes ~110 secs, PT3 takes 287 secs. The 
differences between them are a few (I think 3) individuals, each of 
which links to a few others, and also has a decimal datatype property value.

I don't know why there's such a sudden jump in time - anyone have any ideas?
