Not me. But I don't use DIG servers by and large.
So a couple of questions:
What happens if you run pellet.bat without a protege instance running?
And does the problem happen if no reasoning task has been put to the server?
What happens if you run the command line pellet to, for example, classify some ontology?
Does Protege4 show the same problems?
