[Pellet-users] Gene ontology and pellet

Dear List,

I am using pellet to classify Gene Ontology. It worked but took a while 
for GO without individuals. I failed to classify latest GO with 
individuals because my machine hangs. By the way, I am using Swoop and 
owl version of GO downloaded from GO archives.

In terms of expressivity, GO is EL+ before classification and S after 
classification. I wonder whether pellet is good for this kind of 
relatively flat ontology. I mean not that expressive but get a lot of 
classes and individuals.
