[Pellet-users] Odd problem on classifying file with no/minimal changes

Dear All,

Not sure where the the problem lies here, but I think it might be Pellet.

I have an ontology (http://acl.icnet.uk/~mw/MDM0.40.owl), edited in
SWOOP, that I can classify with Pellet 1.5.0 using the commandline (i.e.
I type ./pellet.sh -c -if /home/mw/PhDRepo/Images/SWT2.owl | more)

However, loading and then saving this ontology with either Protege
(http://acl.icnet.uk/~mw/MDM0.42.owl) or SWOOP
(http://acl.icnet.uk/~mw/SWT2.owl) results in what seems like an error
(i.e. the reasoner hangs for >10 mins, vs. <1 min for the 0.40 file).

I don't know if this is a problem with Protege, Pellet or Swoop;
however, since the same thing happens with Protege 3.3, Swoop 2.4beta
and Protege 4.0 Alpha, I'm guessing it might be Pellet.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Matt
