at TopQuadrant we are very much committed to supporting our clients, and 
from our mailing list archives [1] you will find that Tim has contacted 
us before I asked him to clarify things here on the Pellet list.  The 
Pellet list has been extremely well supported in the past and why should 
we stagger alone in the dark when all the experts are here.  Admittedly, 
the wording of Tim's question probably did not make it clear that this 
was not just a TopBraid-specific problem.
