[Pellet-users] Reasoner

Hello everybody,
 I am new to pellet and what would I like to know is if I am correct on this
statement.
The API pellet, there are several reasoners:
    org.mindswap.pellet.jena.OWLReasoner
    org.mindswap.pellet.jena.PelletReasoner
    org.mindswap.pellet.owlapi.Reasoner
There is a difference between them? If I have a Ontology in OWL-DL, what
should be used?
