Hi all,

I am writing my thesis and I was wondering if there are any papers published
that explain the way Pellet works in more details. 
I intend to combine pellet with a data base system, so it is very important
for me to understand the code first.
To be more specific, I think that a UML sequence diagram would be very helpful.
