Not that long :) Running "ant test" (820 tests) takes around 2min on my 
machine (Mac OS X 10.4.8, 2.33GHx Intel Core 2 Duo, ant 1.7.0). Though 
there are many failures because cloning is known to be broken for now. 
If you change the "test.class.name" to 
org.mindswap.pellet.test.PelletTestSuite (492 tests) which is what we 
are using to ensure the correctness of the reasoner, it takes less than 
a minute. I also run this under Eclipse as a Junit Test and this 
completes in nearly same amount of time.

How are you running the test cases? Is there anything significantly 
different from what I described above?
