We don't have any plans *in the short term* to do that w/out explicit
commercial support.

The incremental stuff is new enough in Pellet and -- as is evinced by
most of the questions here about it -- new enough to users that spending
a lot of cycles on OWLAPI or Jena at this point doesn't make a lot of
sense, in the general case.

Incremental reasoning services are important to Pellet's future, but we
can't get ahead of ourselves.
