[Pellet-users] instance checking problem

Hi

I need to check if an individual is an instance of a class or the 
complement class.
After creating the (anonymous) complement class
an Inconsistent ontology.exception occurs when reasoner.isInstanceOf() 
is called.

Could it be the membership assertions are asserted in the model for testing
but never retracted ?
