Under what situations will Pellet pun?
Species validation will of course complain when this happens.

Do you mean that when an ontology is OWL Full, and the only reason it  
is is because of puns, then all appropriate inferences will occur as  
if it was OWL-DL with punning?

Does this carry to the internal KnowledgeBase functions?  Are there  
separate aterms for each of the different senses of a uri?
